💰 Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Learning support/learning coaching/language support in a 1:1 setting

 

  • The first hour is free and serves as an introduction.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • For cancellations at short notice or no-shows, the full hourly rate will be charged, unless there is a verifiable reason.

  • Hours that have already been paid for and are cancelled will be credited or refunded if there is a verifiable reason.

 

2nd Group Studio Days

  • When booking a group studio day, payment is made upon receipt of invoice.

  • Cancellations up to 7 days before the appointment: full refund.

  • Cancellations 6-3 days in advance: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations less than 3 days in advance or no-shows: no refund.

  • Substitute participants can be provided upon agreement.

3. Payment by a third party

  • If the costs are covered by third parties (e.g., learning mentors), the same cancellation and refund policies apply.

  • Invoices will be issued to the paying party; refunds will also be issued to the paying party.
