🧾 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
For Learning Support, Learning Coaching, and Language Development
(Status: November 2025)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Josefine Gjergji-Neziraj in the context of learning support, learning coaching, and language development.
Clients are generally the legal guardians of the participating children.
Deviating agreements are only valid if confirmed in writing.
2. Inquiry and Contract
Inquiries can be submitted via the online form on the website, by telephone, or by email.
Upon receipt of the inquiry, Josefine Gjergji-Neziraj will prepare an individual offer describing the content, duration, and costs of the service.
The contract is concluded as soon as the offer is accepted in writing (by email or telephone).
The first session serves as an introductory meeting and is free of charge and without obligation.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due in advance, either in cash or by bank transfer. Appointments will only be scheduled after payment has been received.
Payment can be made by parents/guardians or by third parties (e.g., learning mentors, support associations, institutions).
Prices are exclusive of VAT, as no VAT is charged according to § 6 para. 1 no. 27 of the Austrian VAT Act (small business regulation).
4. Description of Services
Learning support and coaching take place in a one-on-one setting or in group workshop days on various topics.
The content is individually tailored to the needs of the participants.
A specific learning outcome cannot be guaranteed.
5. Appointments and Cancellation Policy
Agreed-upon appointments are binding.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
For cancellations made with less notice or in the case of no-shows, the full fee will be charged unless there is a verifiable reason.
Appointments canceled by Josefine Gjergji-Neziraj will be rescheduled or will not be charged.

6. Liability
Participation in all programs is at your own risk.
No liability is assumed for damages resulting from improper conduct or disregard of instructions.
No liability is assumed for participants' personal belongings.
7. Copyright
Scripts, worksheets, and other materials provided as part of learning support or coaching are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without the consent of Josefine Gjergji-Neziraj.
8. Data Protection
Personal data will be used exclusively for processing the agreed services and will not be disclosed to third parties, except with the express consent of the data subject or their legal guardian.

9. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Austrian law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is Graz.
